Refund Policy

1. General Policy
Due to the digital and instant-access nature of our software, all sales are final. Cheat and Mate maintains a strict no-refund policy. Once a license key has been generated and delivered, we do not offer refunds, chargebacks, or store credit under any circumstances.

2. Replacement Through Support
While we do not offer refunds, we are committed to ensuring that your purchased license key functions as intended. If you encounter technical issues, you may be eligible for a license key replacement. The following situations qualify for a replacement:

  • Non-Functional License Key: The key you received is invalid, expired upon arrival, or rejected by the software activation system.
  • Key Already in Use: The key you received appears to have been previously activated by another user.
  • Delivery Failure: You completed payment but did not receive a license key due to a system error.

3. Conditions for Replacement
To receive a replacement, you must meet the following conditions:

  • You must submit a support ticket through our official Discord server or contact email within 48 hours of purchase.
  • You must provide proof of purchase, such as a transaction ID or receipt from our payment processor.
  • You must not have engaged in any chargeback attempt or payment dispute. Initiating a chargeback permanently disqualifies you from any support or replacement.

4. Issues Not Covered by Replacement
The following situations do not qualify for a key replacement:

  • Your account on Chess.com, Lichess, or any other platform was banned or restricted.
  • You were detected by anti-cheat software and received a fair-play violation.
  • The software is undergoing scheduled maintenance or an update cycle after detection patches.
  • You simply changed your mind, no longer wish to use the service, or accidentally purchased the wrong subscription tier.

5. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you file a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank, credit card company, or payment processor, your license will be revoked immediately and permanently. You will be blacklisted from purchasing any future services, and your access to our Discord community will be terminated.

For any issues with your license key, please reach out to our support team through the official Discord server or via the contact email provided with your purchase. We will respond as promptly as possible to resolve your issue with a replacement key.
